Greetings Students,

Welcome to the start of your time at Long Beach City College!

We are counting on you to make this the best year yet at Long Beach City College and we want you to know that we are here to support you every step of the way.

As new students who are just joining our community, we encourage you to make the most of your time here. Your college experience will be what you make it, and your opportunities will only be limited by the limits you place on yourself.

As you start a new academic year, take advantage of the many services available to help you achieve your full potential, and create a community for yourself. The Office of Student Life and Conduct offers many programs to keep you on the road to graduation and professional success, such as leadership programs, workshops on improving time management, note-taking, and culturally responsive programming, to educational workshops on topics of Human Trafficking and Student Rights. 

We want to encourage you to get involved, to participate in student government, and to take part in the array of opportunities and initiatives presented monthly by Student Life throughout the year.  You can also join the Student Life and Conduct team for a Chat and Vibe session – an opportunity for us to learn more about you, your plans for your future, and to answer your questions.

Supporting you is central to our mission of the Student Life and Conduct Office. We are here to guide you as you become the best version of yourself.
