Student Health Services

Student Health Services is attentive to the diverse health needs of LBCC Students. We partner with the City of Long Beach and the surrounding community to provide comprehensive clinical services to students. We engage students in making informed decisions about their healthcare, mental health and empowering them to be self-directed healthcare consumers.

Students can expect to find someone who is interested in listening to their concerns, helping them understand them better and guiding them with healthy resolutions. We maintain student privacy in our medical and mental health appointments.

We want all students to be Healthy Vikings, by using high impact practices as building blocks towards goal accomplishments. The Healthy Viking Initiative and its programming and services are designed to have a direct impact on student success and achievement. Students lead productive and healthy lives when there is a strong connection to Long Beach City College.
